Parents pay when they book. Payments are processed through Stripe and deposited directly to your bank account. You’ll receive payouts on a regular schedule (typically within 2 business days) with full transaction reporting.

Absolutely. You set your own availability, capacity, age groups, and pricing. You can choose to manually approve each booking request, or enable auto-accept to fill spots automatically. You can also block specific dates or times.

You set your own cancellation policy. Common options include free cancellation up to 24 hours before, or a partial refund for late cancellations. Your policy is shown to parents before they book, so expectations are clear.
